PRC Legal Assistants/ Paralegals

工作职责

• Report to the Section Head of the team;

• Responsible for the trade settlement and corporate actions for fixed income; reconcile position between backend system against agents;

• Assist in system modification and UAT testing; and

• Perform such other duties as shall from time to time be directed by the superiors.

岗位要求

• Law graduates from top universities in Mainland China with Master of Laws degree in Hong Kong or other common law jurisdiction 
  

• Experience in commercial and corporate matters (litigation, arbitration and transactions)
  

• Work experience in either PRC or Hong Kong law firm preferred
  

• Travel to the PRC may be required
  

• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (fluency in Cantonese will be useful, though not essential)
