The Hong Kong Institute of Bankers (HKIB) is a professional organisation in Hong Kong established in 1963. 

The institute is devoted to enhance the competitive edge of members in the banking and financial industries through the provision of quality education, training and examinations relevant to their needs.

工作职责

• Participate in the development of regulatory and industry initiatives and projects, events and awards, in collaboration with multiple stakeholders including the Government, regulators, banks, financial institutions, and other professional bodies

• Participate in industry initiative projects , such as Qualifications Framework, WAM Pilot Programme, and other projects in competence development

• Assist in programme development and administration, including planning, scheduling, enrollment, logistics, and evaluation

• Perform quality assurance measures for training programmes, events and activities

• Explore and collaborate with external partners and trainers to strengthen and expand training resources for the Institute

• Other ad hoc tasks as required by supervisor and business needs

岗位要求

• Degree holder or above

• Minimum 3 years relevant experience, experiences in training administration or event management will be advantageous

• Detail-oriented, pleasant personality, self-motivated and proactive

• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and perform under pressure

• Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

• Proficient in computer software applications including MS-Outlook, Word, Excel, Power-point, Chinese word processing

• Fresh grads are welcome to apply, and candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Officer.
