* 职位描述 

1. Prepare marketing related scripts in Chinese Language for external and internal use.

2. Provide support in the preparation of marketing reports.

3. Assist in the handling of souvenir management.

4. Research in marketing insights and provide creative ideas.

5. Assist and perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the PR/Marketing team.

* 职位要求

1. Degree or above in Chinese Language, Media or related disciplines.

2. Strong in the use of Chinese Language/writing.

3. At least 2 years relevant experience in work involving Chinese writing or translation.

4. Good team player with creative ideas and patient working attitude.

5. Media or agency with copy writing experience will be a plus.

6. Candidates with telecom knowledge will be an advantage.

7. Candidates with more experience would be considered as Marketing Communication Executive.

Marketing Executive (Roadshow Management)

* 职位描述

1. The incumbent will be responsible for FANCL roadshow production and on-event management. 

2. He/she needs to plan the whole year schedule by working closely with the product marketing team, operations team or other related departments in order to ensure the roadshow strategy matches the overall direction as well as ensure the production quality meets the company standard. 

3. He/she will also be responsible for negotiating with both vendors and landlords to attain the best cost efficiency. 

4. In addition, the incumbent will work closely with the PR team on PR event stage production management and vendor management throughout the year.

* 职位要求

1. Associate degree or above in Marketing or related discipline.

2. At least 2 years’ hands-on experience in organizing roadshow and event project management.

3. Detail-minded and strong sense of responsibility.

4. Able to work independently and meet tight deadline.

5. Good commandof both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).

6. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing.

7. Knowledge in Autodesk AutoCAD and Adobe Photoshop would be desirable.

8. Basic technical knowledge in plumbing and electricity would be definitely an advantage.
